Will this work with the tools I already use?+
Yes. We integrate with QuickBooks, ServiceTitan, Jobber, HubSpot, Salesforce, Square, Stripe, Calendly, Slack, Gmail/Outlook, and roughly 200 others. If we can't integrate with something you use, we'll tell you upfront — not three weeks in.
Are you actually local? Will you come on site?+
Yes — we're based on Long Island, and on-site is part of how we work across Nassau and Suffolk County. The audit, the scoping conversation, and team training all happen at your office if you want them to. Once the system is live we run weekly check-ins remotely to save you the meeting time, but if something needs hands on the keyboard we drive over. Outside Long Island we work over Zoom and Slack — same outcome, just no in-person coffee.
Do I need technical staff?+
No. We build it, document it, and train your team. If your most technical person can use Excel, they can run what we build.
What if I want to change something later?+
You own everything we build — the accounts, the prompts, the workflows, the documentation. Change it yourself, ask us, or hire someone else to change it. We don't lock you in.
How is this different from a Zapier consultant?+
We design systems, not single automations. A Zapier consultant connects two apps. We rebuild how the work actually flows — including the parts where the apps don't exist yet, where the AI has to make a judgment call, or where a human approval needs to live in the middle.
What about AI hallucinations or mistakes?+
Every system that touches customers, money, or content has a draft, then you approve step by default. You can turn it off when you trust it. Most clients leave it on for the customer-facing pieces and turn it off for internal ones.
Is my data safe?+
All systems run on your accounts — your CRM, your inbox, your storage. We never warehouse your data ourselves. NDA available before any audit.
